1. How does Winnar work?

Winnar is a unique e-commerce shopping platform that gives you the opportunity to win prizes from our giveaway raffles. By purchasing Winnar merchandise you stand a chance to win performance cars, cash or luxury goods. You will receive 1 entry for every 25 AED spent on the relevant Winnar products for that specified prize. Or check out our bundle offers that will give you double entries.

2. Is Winnar legal and regulated?

Yes, Winnar is fully legal and regulated by the Dubai Economy Department (DED) and Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET), ensuring transparency and fairness in all our raffles. Our Trade License Number is: 1193751

3. I’m new to Winnar, how do I take part?

Our website features instructions and a full tutorial. You can access this tutorial at any time by clicking this link.

4. Can I participate if I'm not in the UAE?

Yes, Winnar is open to customers globally to purchase our merchandise & be entered into our draw, You must be able to accept your prize in person in the UAE though. However, some regional restrictions may apply on certain sanctioned countries, it is essential to check the terms and conditions of each raffle for specific details.

5. Where is my email confirming my purchase and entries?

Once you’ve purchased your item, you will be sent a confirmation email for your purchases and number of entries, typically within 10-15 minutes. During period of high demand, this may take a couple of hours.

6. How are the winners chosen?

Winners are selected through a random and fair draw process conducted and regulated by Dubai Economic Development. The draw is live-streamed on our social channels to ensure transparency.

7. Can I choose a cash alternative instead of the car prize?

Yes, where stated our raffles offer a cash alternative. Winners have the option to choose the cash value stated instead of the specified car prize.

8. What happens if I win?

If you win, congratulations! We'll contact you directly using the information provided during registration. To claim your prize, you'll need to come to our location with a valid ID, where we'll coordinate the handover of your well-deserved winnings—whether it's a luxury car or a cash alternative. it is essential to check the terms and conditions of each raffle for specific details.

9. How are the cars tuned and spec'd by Winnar?

Winnar collaborates with industry experts, such as but not limited to RMA Motors, RMA Car Care, Palm Autos, Subzero & Black Boost, to customize our cars to the highest standards. Our goal is to provide winners with a unique and thrilling driving experience.

10. What are my product delivery options?

During the checkout process you will be given our current shipping options which you can chose and continue to place your order.

11. My order still hasn’t shipped and it’s been more than 7 days?

Sometimes we have order delays with merchandise when it sells faster than we anticipated or when our garment suppliers have delays in getting our orders to us. We try very hard to prevent this and make sure everything is always on hand and ready to ship. We are not able to send out backorder notifications, so if you think its taking too long, or your tracking number hasn't updated, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

12. What happens if the minimum product sales aren't met for the raffle?

If the minimum product sales required for a specific raffle aren't met, the raffle may be extended, or participants may be refunded. We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in all our raffles.

14. How can I track the progress of a raffle?

You can track the progress of a raffle, including prizes and draw dates, on our website. Additionally, we provide regular updates on our social media channels.

15. Why is my order ‘Cancelled’?

Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive a successful payment.

16. How do I set up my Winnar account?

To create an account simply click ‘Login/Register’ in the top right hand corner of your screen, you will then be directed to enter your details in the fields highlighted.

17. How do I edit my Winnar account?

To edit your account, login from the main menu. Tap profile section to edit and click 'Save changes' to complete.

18. What payment methods does Winnar accept?

Winnar accepts Visa, MasterCard and Applepay.

19. Can I cancel/refund a Winnar purchase order?

As per our T&C’s The Product(s) purchased cannot be refunded after you have received the entry for the upcoming raffle. Once the entry has been issued, it signifies your participation in the raffle, and thus, any requests for refund will not be accepted. However, you have the right to return the purchased Product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase solely for the purpose of exchange. Any purchased Product can be exchanged for the same item of equal value on that product range. If the 14-day period for exchange has elapsed, we reserve the right to reject any request for return and exchange.
